  1. The marriage certificate, the courts will have papers stating shes married, or divorced.

  2. tell them to prove you ARE married. get a tax form that says your status is single

  3. A negative fact is impossible to prove if the other party is unwilling to accept your word for it.  ~

  4. where is your cousin from ? and where is he located ? he can have an attested document from his original country (notorized ) to prove that indeed he has never been married before

tell him to get in touch with his country of origin or an embassy to receive that document .

court house , city records etc .

  5. Offer them a sworn affidavit from the cousin and a close family member.

If they want more than that, tell her to bring in the TV remote.  That should satisfy them.

  6. Here in the Philippines you can go to NOS "National Statistics Office" and get a cemomar which shows that you are single and if your not in the Philippines check the country he/she lives and find the same kind of office or go to to local municipality and have them submit a certified letter that he/she is not married. Hope this helps

  7. put the tite as "Miss"

  8. Maybe show you're birth certificate with your ID if the name on your ID matches your maiden birth name then there you go
