How do you publish in Vegas Pro?

Question

I have Sony Vegas Pro for making/editing videos. I know how to do everything, but at the end once i'm done editing my video, how do you complete it. In Windows Movie Maker you click Publish, but in Vegas, when you click Publish, it will show a screen where you make an account. I'm done the video, so I want it as a video file now, so I can watch it fullscreen, and maybe put it on youtube.

This was bit confusing to me too, but I just found out literally 2 minutes ago.

File ---> Render As

To get the best quality for uploading onto Youtube, "render" it as a wmv,  100 k.
