If this was a racing Question. I would say the trick is to keep the front end down, with the rear end not spinning up.

But as it may remove more stupid questions and if you want to attempt to kill yourself. try this.

Cruise along in fifth gear around 4000 rpm, Touch the front brake to Dip the front, pull the clutch in. RED LINE the engine, Let the clutch and brake off quickly.  then let some poor sod in the emergency services come and scrape you off the tarmac. get a mate to film it and post it on you tube to teach other idiots what to do.  should be a scream.
