How do you pull individual chapters out of a DCR-DVD108 Handycam instead of the whole video file?

I need to just pull individual files/chapters so I can convert it and crop it on Windows Movie Maker. I try to do it, but I can only pull the whole video as one. Can anyone help me?

You can't - the chapters aren't made of individual files, they're just entries in the .ifo file.  I don't think WMM can edit them anyway - you'll need to buy an editor.
