Question:

How do you punch hard with impact?

i need to be able to punch hard so i can defend myself. going and working out isn't gonna help i know. i know it has something to do with state of mind or whatever.

  2. Helps to strengthen your stomach area/core since that's where a punch draws a lot of its power from

  4. ok when u throw a punch it all starts from the feet up. you pivot ur foot, turn ur hips, and all that momentum should go through ur shoulders then to the rest of the arm and finally the fist

The term is called "sitting down" on your punches.  Whenever ever fighters go for a KO they try to "sit down"  on their punch by digging the lower part of the body into the ground thus starting kinetic linking from the feet into the legs into the core and into arms and then to the fist.   Just practice technique on the bag,  what you want to do is to figure out the best form for your body to get the most out of your punch.

  13. put your feet a little wider then sholder legnth.  now put you strong foot in the back when your stand.  now when your throw a punch make sure your have a nice tight fist. then in one fluid motion u need to

    1) pivot your back foot on the ball of yoru foot

    2) turn the hip of yoru back foot

    3) extend your arm strait while also turning your shoulder.

    this way when  your punching its not just your arm but your trying to swing a good portion of yoru body weight into the punch.
