  1. comes from when you pivot your hips. proper technique will make you punch harder. go to a boxing gym, work with a trainer, and you will learn how to d this.

  2. 1.use dumbells to incease your mass on the arm,

2.use heavy bad to make it so you can hit it faster and stronger

    3.push ups

  3. moving your hole upper body, basicly by twisting it

just work on your stomach, biceps, and everything else that has to do with your

upper body.  thats basicly what youneed to do.

but make sure u work your hips well to put more power on your punch.

  4. Learn how to throw the punch correctly, most people think its all about muscle and size, and lifting weights. Learn how to throw the punches correctly, work on your speed and you'll improve 100% just by knowing how to throw a power punch correctly.

The first thing you should know is that a power punch thrown correctly starts in your toes. You push off with your back foot, then push off with your leg, up through the mid section, up your back, turn your shoulders and generate all the power from your whole body down the arm and into your opponents chin.

Thats a basic example of how a punch is thrown correctly, although to go into detail would take way to much typing and confusing if you dont already have a grasp on how to throw a punch.

those sites have video's for free on how to throw punches correctly along with alot of other boxing training workouts.

After you have mastered how to throw the punch, then your going to build the muscles that assist with power.

Your traps, your lats, and your delts. Also alot of the power you generate comes from your legs, so dont ignor them, use heavy weights with low reps.

The bench press is good for building power through your chest.

And do some punch out drills on the heavybag, Ones you get your punch down start smacking that heavybag with it over and over.

  5. 1) Train using a heavy bag.

    2) Rotate your trunk as much as possible when you hit, it's the rotating motion that gives you the hard hits.

    3) Basic technique, but make sure you twist your back leg when you throw your straight, and reach as far as possible.

    4) Work on your speed rather than trying to push harder; a mini cooper driving at 200 miles per hour does more damage than an SUV driving at 2 miles per hour. Same story with your fist.

    5) Balance is the key; have a good wide base of support, and make sure you are balanced well. Having poor balance really throws off the effectiveness of your punch.

And if none of these work... hit the steroids ;) Nah don't really...
