Go to a site you are interested in purchasing from and pick out the item and follow the checkout procedures, make sure it's checkout is secure it will have in the address bar https instead of http, only buy from sites you feel comfortable doing business with, if something makes you uneasy about the sit then don't buy from them/

Most but not all sites accept credit cards.

Be sure to double check what they charge for shipping, some sites give you a great price but over charge for shipping.
