  1. its simple, if you truly want to be a better you, then you'll do it, if it is not that important to you then you won't.  if you really want to feel better about yourself, just try i know it's cliche but seriously there is no secret, just change your mindset and act upon it.

  2. don't worry about the thought that people have...if you think you're doing things right, just do it...believe in yourself and you'll fly high!

  3. start meditating on what you want to improve. 5 to 10 min a day and it really works.  Read The Art of Happiness by the Dhali Lama or The New Earth by Eckart Tolle  It will change your life

  4. sometimes when you think too much, you know so much that you just stop doing what your doing, because you already know whats going to happen...

want confidence? let your heart do the thinking for once

  5. I tried many things, books , podcast, psychologist, more books and i have to say that for me two things work for me...

1- praying is the best solution ... I know it sounds cheesy but for me it works ... I'm kinda surprised about it ... especially praying the rosary makes me a calmer , more confident men,

2- regular physical exercise : it really helps me be confident about me and it gives me a stronger body and more confident... I tell myself that i can run 5km i sure can be confident about myself.

one day i started doing physical exercise and some praying at night ... first thing i knew i felt much more confident

I hope this helps ... for me it did ... i was probably the most not confident person on earth ( probably not but it was bad)

    good luck !
