Question:

How do you put Cable in?

Im putting in cable and I dont think im doing it right, any help here?

  1. In your apartment/home there will be a cable jack on the wall.  It will have a silver connector with threads (F-81 connector) sticking out of the center. s***w, or in some cases push, your cable jumper wire onto the terminal.  Then do the same thing to the antenna connection on the TV set with the other end of the jumper wire

    On your TV go into the menu/setup option on the remote and change the channel setup to the cable or CATV option.

    Over the Air (broadcast TV) and cable use the same frequencies for channels 2 - 13 after that they are different so you MUST tell the TV set it is now on cable. If you don't you won't get all the channels.

    If you have extra equipment like a cable box/DVD player, VCR ect. You just follow the logical path to the TV.  Wall to VCR to TV, or Wall to Cable box to VCR to TV.

  2. ya funny thing i just got cable what u do is u take the wire for cable put it in the thingy on the wall and the thing on the tv then you plug in the cable box
