How do you put a back bmx brake on?

well theres is 2 ways one using the gyro which is a way that you can spin the handle bars around as many times as you want without it tangling and the other way is just a long break cable which works best but yeah you'll probably need to go to a shop because it would be to hard for me to explain it in words so sorry yeah, i'll try and explain the long break cable one.

You should have break mounts on your bike, put the U break on the mounts at the back and tighten that little wire then feed the cable through the little loops on the bottom of the framme and make it go to the break leve which you hsould have already put on then you'll fiure out how to put it on fro there  hope i helped

do you mean a "coaster brake" which used pedal-back? that needs a new Hub.

a normal brake needs a spinner which allows the handlebars to rotate 360 degrees without tangling wires.
