Not possible if you intend to use a real candle and lit it.

If you like the glowing effect, buy those battery tealight candle that is self-lit and can last for a few hours or the blinking lights that use for concerts/shows. Insert inside ballon b4 inflating. Don't inflat to max cuz even though it's not real, it still gives off some heat,  which in turn will expand balloon over time.

For a party, I put the tealight in a smaller balloon then insert the small balloon into a bigger balloon, used contrasting balloon colors. Blow up the small one first while holding to the large one so it won't slip in. Tie off small on then blow the big balloon. Tie off big one. This will create a bouncy glowing balloon.

not possible for a lit one. for an unlit one, just put it in by stretching the mouth of the balloon over the candle. Why do you want to know, just curious?

It actually can't work.  Unless its unlit of course, in which case you just push it through.  But the trapped heat will just pop it.  & I'm not sure how'd you get a balloon over a lit candle!

Insert the candle into balloon before inflating the balloon.

Inflate the balloon now and you will have a candle inside the balloon.
