How do you put a pic. as a link to your ques.?

i want to write a question and add a picture as a link, but i don't know how to do it.....and no, there are no pictures of it online, (it's a picture of a person) and i don't have a myspace or anything, so now i'm completly lost. please help me!

if you meant upload images to photo album, which is now flickr, you can login there and upload or download tools uploader,
