How do you put a picture icon on?

I see some icons on here with your prictures. How do I get mine up???

you gotta start a yahoo 360 account & download pictures to it I have like 4 I keep switching

at 360 hit MY PAGE then EDIT PERSONAL PHOTOS, then hit BROWSE & search your computer for pictures check the box of one you want and go back to the bottom of the page you hit BROWSE on & hit SAVE.......VIOLA new picture
