How do you put a picture on your myspace without using blingee?

i need to know how to put a picture of my friend on my myspace without using blingee... HELP!!

Or if you want it in your profile;  Put it on a photobucket, use the html code (From the codes it was by or below the picture) and put it into your profile edit box and save it, wha-la.
