How do you put a rented movie on your ipod?

Question

It said my ipod was done syncing and the movie isn't on there, its not even under the movies category and I just rented it from itunes. I tried looking up how to get it to transfer onto my ipod but none of the descriptions make any sense to me.

PLEASE HELP.

I'm on the verge of tears because I have spent sooooo many hours trying to figure this out.

unfortunately u cannot put a rented movie on your ipod.

if you owned the movie u could.

I don't quite get why people say you can't put rented movies on your iPod when you got them from iTunes..but anyway..:)

Once you connect your iPod to the computer and iTunes pops up, click on the iPod icon on the left side, then click the Video tab on the right.  On the top half of the screen, it should show you all the rented movies available to load onto your iPod.  Just check Sync Rental Movies (I know it's on Movies, never rented one, so I'm guessing on the checkbox being there), then choose either Sync All, or Sync Selected and check the movie you want.  Then click Apply and it should automatically sync for you. :)

There is a step by step guide remove the DRM protection and to burn DRM protected iTunes videos/movies/TV shows to DVD playable on home DVD player and enjoy on the widescreen TV. What you need to do are just two steps:

1. Remove DRM protect from purchased iTunes video/movie/TV show to unprotected video.

2. Burn the non-protected video to DVD.
