How do you put a video on the computer by using a Memory Stick?

The reason why I'm asking this is because I'm going to make the Ghostbusters Sweded, but if any of you have seen the movie Be Kind Rewind, it's not going to be like that. I also have a memory stick and you can use to save videos on it and put it on the computer, and I'm having a hard time trying to put a video on there, so that's why I'm asking this question. I don't know how to put a video on the computer by using a memory stick.

you have to buy the adapor for the computer

You should be able to connect it using a USB cable.
