How do you put a video on youtube?

I have already made an account but idk how to put a video on it.

1. Log unto http://www.youtube.com

2. Click the blue link on the top right "Sign Up"

3. You will need to now fill in an online form, name / age / profile info/ email address and a user name + password.

4. When you receive a confirmation email sign in with your user name and password

5.Directly beside the search bar on the home page is a yellow tab "Upload", click on that.

6. You need to first enter the information of your video; title / description / genre or content / tags

7. You may edit Broadcasting and Sharing options by clicking their corresponding links beside these options

8. When finished click the "Upload Video" tab and select the file from the folder in which it has been saved in you computer (e.g. My Videos)

9. When your video has been selected, click on the "Upload Video" tab underneath.

10. You may have to wait 20 minutes for the video to upload, so do not temper with the window in which the upload is occurring. You will also need to give YouTube administration some time to approve your video.
