  1. An ISO is a file that is an image of a CD.

Use your CD burning software to burn the ISO to a CD, then import to iTunes from teh CD as normal.

Or you can mount the ISO image and copy the files to your hard drive, then import to iTunes.

Check versiontracker.com or downloads.com for shareware that will burn or mount ISOs if you don't have any.

  2. You can't.

The ISO file is a compressed backup image of a CD. It is very similar to a .dmg package on a Mac.

You need to open or burn the ISO file to a blank CD with a program like Daemon Tools or Nero.  You can then access the files you need and import them into iTunes.

If you have Windows, you can install Daemon Tools for free.  http://www.daemon-tools.cc/  This will allow you to open the ISO file and access it without the need to burn the CD.  The Daemon will operate the ISO file like it is an actual CD in your CD drive.

If you are familiar with Apple and accessing .dmg files, Daemon Tools can open and access an ISO file the same way OSX handles .dmg packages.

  3. You can't iso's are CD images, you will need to burn the images onto a cd and run it from your CD.
