How do you put backgrounds and stuff on picz like this??

The easiest way would probably photoshop but if not you could use paint or just do it the old-fashion way by hand which would probably be a lot harder and wouldn't come out perfect. But thats probably done with photoshop. Cut the pictures out and work around it.
