How do you put color to the youtube videos.?

I have seen some youtube videos that have color around and I want a video like that......

please help.......

Shoot the video with a camera made after 1974.

Next to the video there is a box with the name of the user name that uploaded the video and some details about the video... At the bottom right corner of this box it says Customize. Click this and then select a colour :)
