How do you put colored pictures on plexi-glass???

Question

something like embed them into the plexi-glass so that they are permantely on and you can't take them out.

If it exists, and I am not sure it does, you would need photosensitive acrylic.  There is photosensitive glass that is exposed with UV and "developed" with heat.  It is also possible to apply a photographic emulsion to surfaces and expose that and develop it like film.
