  1. Manual:

    Go to Address Book and click the pearl and select New.

    Sync:

    You can sync it with Outlook if you have that program and the Desktop Manager (on the CD that came in the box or you can download it from blackberry.com)

    You can also download Yahoo GO! from go.yahoo.com and sync with your yahoo address book.
