  1. liquid eyeliner is the best way to go to get a really defined line. line the lash line with a thin line from the outer to inner corners. then start to layer it - by putting another line directly next to it. by doing a thick line in two smaller ones, you lessen the chance for aggravation and mistakes. best of luck :)

  2. Apply from the outer corner, in. If your lids are a little wrinkly, pull them ever so gently to smooth them out. After you have a smooth even line, outer to inner corner, start building it thicker, letting it be thicker at the outer corner and blending smoothly in to thinnest at the inner corner. This is going to take some practice to get right. If you wear thick liner on your upper lids, skip the liner under your eyes. Both would just be liner overkill. I suggest that you practice the day or night before you debut the look to the world.

If you are fair, have light eyes and hair, use a brown or dark plum or deep green, stay away from black, which can be far too harsh looking on fair, pale haired gals.

  3. start from the right corner of the lashline and go all the way to the outside. -marty jean baker

  4. get a really good name brand like clinique and make sure it's an eyeliner pencil with a thick tip. not one of the skinnier ones. on the top, start close to the lash and work your way up until you're happy with it. using this particular one you won't have to smudge b/c it goes on really smooth and it stays on. on the bottom lash, take a small eyeliner brush and smooth on some dark eyeshadow on the lower lid and then take the same eyeliner and put close to the last  BUT NO ON THE TOP OF THE LASH. you may have to smudge the lower lid.

    good luck!
