you wnt to

1st put your finger sort of below your eyelashes andkind of pull your skin down this will help you see the line you put it on

2nd you should see like a white line take your eyleiner and trace it on it then lift your finger off and there you go !!!

eyeliner can be puton both the eye lashes ,acc. to me it looks better onhte upper one .

pull softly your eyelash and then just apply a smooth line across it, u can give a slight shape according to your eye,

On the top lid, make dots across your lid as close to the lash line as possible. Then go back and connect the dots with dashes. This works best with a retractable eyeliner pencil that doesn't lose its point.
