How do you put in a corkscrew nose piercing?

ughh i can't figure it out. i get it in a little bit but i can't get it to come through the other side.

dip the stud in an antiseptick cream firts tihs helps it slid and also helps stop your nose from regecting the stud.then gentaly slid the stud in,it's cork s***w so you'll have to twist it,look in the mirror while you do it so you can get the right angel
