How do you put internet in the PlayStation 3 all the steps to having internet?

1. First make sure you have internet wither it is wireless or through an ethernet cable.

2. Turn on your PS3 and locate the networks tab under settings.  Then make sure you have internet enabled on your PS3.  

3. Click on internet settings and then follow the on screen instructions to set up a wireless or wired connection.  It is easier to set it to the "easy" set up instead of "custom."

4.  After you have it set the way you want, test the connection and let it determine your NAT type.  If your NAT type is 1 or 2 you can use a webcam or a microphone to talk to people depending also if your internet supports that function.  NAT Type 3 means you can still play a lot of games online but you won't be able to use a microphone or webcam.  That is everything.
