How do you put like a icon for your picture on here?

I want to put a picture for my Yahoo Answer's thing, instead of a Avatar, and some people have like picture's of vampire's, and stuff, but mine is just a picture that say's I love u, and it's for my bf, but i don't get how to put one on there...

The avatar is the representation of you on Yahoo! Answers. It can be a cartoon figure or a photo.

◘ If you want a cartoon figure then go to http://avatars.yahoo.com and create or modify one and then follow the instructions below.

◘ If you would rather have a photo then first pick one on your computer. If it is on the web then download it. Create a Yahoo 360 account if you don't have one. You can get one at http://360.yahoo.com . Click on the "My Page" tab and then "Edit Personal Photos". You are allowed to put four pictures there by following the instructions. Mark the one you want to use as primary.

◘ Now for either a cartoon or a picture save everything and go back to Yahoo Answers. Click on your old avatar in Yahoo Answers which brings you to your profile. Now go to "Edit My Info". You can pick the cartoon or picture there to use.

if you are wanting your own pictures as your avatar then:

for a photo avatar:

█ make a yahoo 360 here: http://360.yahoo.com/

█ save the picture you want to use to your computer

█ convert it to JPG if it isn't already

█ go to your yahoo 360

█ my page

█ edit personal photos

█ upload the photo

█ click 'set as primary' on the one you want to use

█ click 'save' to finish

█ go to your yahoo answers profile

█ click edit my info

█ then scroll down till you see the picture settings, click use my 360 photo

█ click 'preview'

█ click save

now you have your own picture avatar
