  9. Ensure the file format is correct before uploading to youtube...

Using windows movie maker -- you have to save it into the proper file format, that is "wmv" file (use the "save movie file" on the menu at the top left) before upload..

The WMV file will be smaller in size but still quite good quality.. so uploading it will be faster.

    --for best editing....

use windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)... it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/etc).... then save it as video file such as wmv file format... finally upload.

or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces....

this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker... save your file as wmv and then upload.

It works very well....just google search for "zillatube"

  10. Step 1: Go to the YouTube home page at http://www.youtube.com/

Step 2: Make sure you are logged in, if you aren't, click the sign in button, if not signed up, click the sign up button and create an account.

Step 3: After you are done logging in or signing up, Look at the top right hand corner of your screen, and you should see a yellow button that says, "upload".

Step 4: After that a screen should pop up that says stuff like, "Title" or "Video Category" etc. Fill all of those in, Like in the title slot type in the title of your movie. In the description slot type in the description of your movie, in the Tags slot type in words that are related to your movie. Video category of course would be what category your movie would fall in to. Don't worry about the Broadcast options, Date And Map Options, or the Sharing Options, just click the "Upload a video..." button.

Step 5: You will now be on a page that should "Video Upload".

Right next to the slot that says "Select a Video to Upload" above it, there should be a button that says "Browse". Click it, find which file you saved your video in. Its most likely to be in the "My documents Folder" inside the folder "My Videos". When you find it, click it, click open on the bottom right hand corner of the box that popped up. And then click the "upload video" button under the slot, wait a little bit, and then it should say, "Upload Complete! This video will be available in My Videos after processing.". And then your video should be on youtube momentarily.

    Good Luck!

  11. if you made your video,

go to youtube, click upload and browse for that video,

it should take a minute or two depending on the video size.

  12. You need an account, and it's a simple matter to upload your prepared footage.

They accept may film formats so that shouldn't be an issue.

    Good luck :-)
