How do you put movies/videos onto an iPod nano 8gb?

I downloaded Clone2Go video converter and my movies are already all converted and ready to go. The thing is, when I go to put them into my iTunes library, they don't show up. My iPod says "No video" and the list is empty. I've tried adding file to library, importing file... blank.

What should I do?
