How do you put mp4s on a hacked psp? which folder?please be specific?

You would want to put them into the video folder located in the psp directory. The format should look something like this.

x:/ - this is the drive that the psp directory is in

x:/psp/video

The file if named joe.mp4 would look like

x:/psp/video/joe.mp4
