How do you put music from bittorrent 6.0.3 onto itunes? ?

my friend showed me a new free download site she taught me all the basics but forgot to show me how i put the music onto itunes, ive tried dragging it but it doesnt work. What do i do?

after the file is downloaded, right click and select "open containing folder" then double click on the song, and if itunes is set to your default music player, i tunes will open and save the file in your library
