How do you put music from you computer onto a Samsung Instict?

You should have received a CD with your phone that has the Samsung PC studio on it. Install this and you can transfer files between your PC and your mobile phone.

Then it is just a simple matter of locating them on the phone and playing them.

if this link doesn't work go to sprint.com, click support, then choose samsung instinct as your device, under product information click user guide, and let it download the file then look at the table of contents and it will tell u to go to pg 105, which will give u info, if this still isn't enough, u  can contact customer service
