How do you put music on a Samsung SGH-a737 directly from SD card?

I have a memory card slot on my computer and I was wondering how to put music directly from my computer to the SD memory card. I don't have the USB cord and I have bluetooth if that would help at all. Also is there a certain format that the songs have to be in?
