How do you put notes on an iPod nano 3rd Generation!?

I have no idea how to do this... what text format should I put it in all that... PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN!!!!! thanks! =)

  1. In the options is iTunes you need to enable disk usage.

    Once disk usage is enabled, your iPod will show up as a device in my computer. You need to put the files in the Notes folder. Files must be in plain .txt format, that means only text and no formatting like color or font. Open the files in Word and save as Plain Text (.txt) and put them in the newly found notes folder.
