How do you put on a swim cap?

ok so ive got swimming tomorrow and i had to get a swim cap . my hairs really thick and somewhat long. any tips on how to get one of these things on ? id really appreciate it thanks

tie it in a ponytail then tuck it under the swimcap.  then tug it down covering my hair.

I always fill it halfway with water then put it on my head

There are two types of Swim Caps, the $3 latex that pulls your hair and is difficult to put on.   The easier way is a Silicon cap abou $10, thats MUCH easier to work with and they last much longer.  They both have a crease in the top I am assuming u are a female, tie your hair up with rubber bands at the back.  First put it on the fron then put it on the mass of hair in the back,  ify you have long hair there will be a bulge there.  Hope I could have been some help.

Wetting your hair helps.  Also, keep a bottle of baby powder with you.  Every time you use the cap, when you are done, dry the cap off and dust it with baby powder inside and out.  This keeps the cap pliable and also prevents it from sticking.  When it sticks, it tears.  It also aids in putting it on.  If you notice, the new caps have a powder on them which does the same thing.  You can also tie your hair up if you wish, or simply pull it on, and tuck your hair in until it is all gathered under the cap.  Good luck!
