  1. Ok, if you pull down the lower lid, you will see a light pinkish white line, this is the part tht you draw the eyeliner on, you dont have to cover the whole pinkish white line, and you go forward and back to make it darker, also i suggest u go into the corner of ur eye! this will make it look more real and amazing! Good luck! i suggest you practice ALOT tho! its hard at first, but youll get the hang of it! oh and if your eyes tear at the beginning when you first put it on, thtats normal, thts y u gotta get used to wearing it. One more tip:

When you start school, put th eyeliner in ur bag beacuse then if you accidently tear up or you smear it off u can reapply! Good Luck

ALSO wear mascara and sweep your lashes to the side! Wear a brownish eyshadw that shimmers

  2. make up stores can help

  3. you grab you lower lid and put on right behind the lashes and if you wanna do it on the top lid you pull you eye to look chinise and you do it right on the lashes

you should have light colors like - white eyeshadow then tan then kida dark purple then put a color closest to your brow color then put it on your brow then get i shimmer powder and put all over face

  4. go to youtube.com & they can show you how to put on eyeliner & the different type of looks you can do. it really helped me

As for what makeup you should wear, I think just eyeliner, mascara, and some lipgloss is all you need. If you want, you can experement with more.

    Hope this helps!

  6. GENTLY pull down on the skin underneath ur eye with 2 fingers so the strip of skin between ur eyelashes and eyeball is visible using ur good hand put the eyeliner on that strip skin of but only on the strip. dont go passed the tear duct ((lil itty bitty hole on that piece of skin near the inside of ur eye))........then GENTLY pull up on the skin above ur eye so the strip of skin between ur eyelashes and eyeball is visible, again using ur good hand put the eyeliner on that strip skin...[[careful it might tickle when you first put it on]].....ii did it perfect the first time ii tried it like that...other than that practice girlie :]

  7. Applying eyeliner gets easier with practice. Here is what I suggest for your daily makeup:

Face - use a concealer that is a shade or two lighter than your regular skin tone to cover up any spots. Carefully blend it in around the concealed area, not touching the actual spot or else it will come off and you'll have to redo it. Mineral makeup has recently become super popular. I use the Bare Escentuals mineral makeup set, it's great. You can get a starter kit for $60 at your local Sephora, or online here: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh... .

For your skin tone I'd suggest the lightest or second lightest shade (there's nothing worse than girls who wear face makeup that's too dark). It comes with two foundations (mix and apply all over your face after concealer), warmth (which is like bronzer and blush that you apply on your cheek bones and very lightly all over your face), a mineral veil (which is a slightly tinted translucent powder that is applied last to keep your makeup in place and looking fresh all day), and several brushes, as well as a CD guide. You can also find less expensive versions of mineral makeup sets like this, but I highly recommend Bare Escentuals or Purity.

Eyes - First apply eyeshadow. For colors, I suggest browns, golds, greens, or purples. You never want to apply too much eyeshadow, just enough of the color so it's noticeable, but not overdone. Here is a palette that I have a similar version of, only this one comes with a free bottle of eye primer. http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh... This keeps the eyeshadow on all day, and prevents creasing. It's a really good value for the two items, and has a selection of colors that would look nicely on you. After eyeshadow comes eyeliner. I suggest a simple black eyeliner stick that has an end with a smudge tool, like this http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh... . There's also a similar one by Prestige that is about $4 at drugstores that I use. Start by pulling the top or side of your eyelid gently so that the skin right above your lashline is taught. Starting on the inside corner, slowly draw the liner across the lash line. The line should only be about 1/16 of an inch wide, and should extend to the end of the lash line (too far out causes an Amy Winehouse look). Using the smudge tool, gently smudge the eyeliner upward very carefully so that the line is softer and doesn't contrast so dramatically against the eyeshadow. When I put on my eyeliner, I use the smudge end right after I've done the top eyelids to go across the bottom outside corners of my eyes directly under the lashes. This uses the eyeliner that is smudged off of the top eye, so it's not as dark. I only put it from the outside corner about 3/4 inward. Some people don't like to, but I put eyeliner on the inside of my bottom eyelid. When you pull down your bottom eyelid, there's a thin area above your lower lashes that you can put eyeliner on. If you choose to put it there, apply it very gently so that whole line is filled. Try not to connect the top and bottom lines on the outside corners of your eyes, or else they might look smaller than they are. Last is mascara. Personally, I don't like brown or colored mascara. I like to have thick, long black lashes and currently use Covergirl Lashblast which comes in an orange tube. I also don't like waterproof mascara because a) it never is really waterproof, and b) non-waterproof mascara is much easier to remove at the end of the day. Starting with the top lashes, apply the mascara starting from the inside corner, working outward. Always hold the brush horizontally, and stroke the wand through your lashes upward until they come to nice brushed out ends. Avoid clumping at all costs! Put mascara on the lower lashes starting from the outside corner working inward. Brush downward until each lash is coated. If you want, you can apply a second coat onto the top lashes once they're dry for a more dramatic eye.

Lips - No one wears lipstick anymore; try finding some lipglosses that look good on you. I really like Covergirl wetslicks fruit spritzers, which are only like $5 or $6 at drugstores. Try them in guava, berry, or lemon splash. Lipgloss lets you have fresh color without drying out like other lip pigments. If you don't like the way colored glosses look, just find a good clear lipgloss like this one, which is also a moisturizer so you don't need chapstick. http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a...

I hope this has helped, at least with the eyeliner question!

some put eyeliner on the top but with your eyes i suggest just the bottem

  12. u gotta keep practicing to be good !!!

  13. I don't think you need eyeliner at all. When people put alot it looks unflattering. I suggest you wear Black Mascara on both bottom and top lashes, it improves your look subtly and makes your eyes prettier.

If you do want to wear eyeliner, you put it at the base of your lashes, almost in the inner part of your bottom eyelid. Don't go over the top or it'll look bad. The more you wear it, the more you'll figure out what looks best on you.

  14. haha, never start with liquid eyeliner, use a pencil!
