  1. If you're scared, go out and have s*x.  That'll ease your fears.

  2. READ THE DIRCETIONS THAT COMES WITH THEM ( =

  3. dont be. i used them all the time before I got married.

It depends on your.. um.. v****a i guess.

Get slim fits from tampax. Make sure your on your period and practice with them. Dont do it laying down. Sit on the toilet with your legs spread and inserth the applicator inside your v****a.

Push it far in then insert the tampon.

Make sure the string isnt pushed up. wash your hands and your done

  4. When I first tried tampons I thought they were the most uncomfortable thing ever! Only after I realized I wasn't putting them in properly.

A lot of people who start wearing tampons don't find them comfortable because they don't put them in far enough.

Hold the tampon with your thumb and middle finger and place it in your v****a. Make sure your thumb and middle finger touch your body before pressing with your index finger on the tampon. That way you know the tampon is placed far enough and won't be coming out.

I know it sounds a little confusing :/ I hope I helped you!

  5. Use the directions in the box,

but if those dont work you have to relax, and dont get tense because you wont be able to get it in very easily.

you just tilt the applicator slanted like it was going into your back and and make sure you put it in far enoughh where its comfortable, its really easy once you got it sorry i cant really explain it any better, ha well if its tough to get in put vaseline on it so its easier to slide in.

hope this help a little :)

  6. you won't lose your virginity to a tampon. The hymen is further back and not as fragile as we are led to believe.

Follow the directions in/on the package and you can't go wrong. One thing I'd like to stress is: use only the size that you need. Using a Super-Plus when all you need for your flow density is a Slim puts you at greater risk for Toxic Shock Syndrome.
