How do you put on the xxs toy breed bows?

I just bought them and thought they would have a little clip but it's a double rubber band. How do you secure them without hurting the puppy?

Most groomers use a pair of hemostats to attach the bows to a dog's fur.

Rubber bands are put on like a kid. If it gets tangled you just have to cut it out. Try buying children's clips if you really want to dress her up.
