How do you put pics on your computer from a dvd???

i need help! i just got back from a trip and my uncle put a ton of pics on a dvd and when i put it in the computer nothing happens. so i went to my computer to find it but couldnt.

See this could be beacuse of DVD not written properly or beacuse of any virus use bitdeffender 2008 it is free for 30 days or try reinstalling ur driver or tell ur uncle to burn DVD again
