How do you put pictures above the list of the things name, gender, country, etc. on your neopets lookup?

I see people on neopets with pictures of themselves on their lookup. so how do you do that?

It's against neopet's terms & conditions to put put a picture of yourself on neopets and you should report anyone doing so.
