  1. Jag mår illa - I don't feel good (I feel ill)

    Pronounced "ya-more-E-la" with a rolling of the 'r' in "mår"

    You could also say, "Jag känner mig sjuk." Which is "I feel sick." And is pronounced something like:

    "Ya-shane-er-may-hkwook". It's sort of hard to describe how to say "sjuk", but you know the weird sound of the 'h' in "Hanukkah"? It's like that.
