How do you put ringtones on the Chocolate spin???

I've read all my instruction booklets and i've tried to search help but i can't figure out how to put ringtones on the LG Chocolate spin and it's frustrating!!

i tried downloading it on my PC but i can't put it in my ringtones and i also tried sending it to my phone but i can't set it !!

please help!

If both the phone and your computer have bluetooth, transfer them that way. Thats what I do with my LG Dare.

i am using ventones which is a site which you upload a song, take the part you want 20 sec. of it, this is your ringtone, ventones will send the ringtone to you as a text message to your phone. it is free and safe.
