How do you put the START button back ?

The START button on my computer is moving around on the desktop .. how do I move it back to it's origianl spot?

I know to click on the Start button - and drag it back to where I want it to be - but that is not working for me. The start button will move somehow - but I have no idea what I did to make it move - it just quickly moves to another place .. and I can't get it back in the place it was.

How do you move the START button back ? ,, how do you know exactly where to click to make the START button drag ?

Hover your mouse over a blank spot on the Task Bar and then click and hold the left mouse button.  Now drag it to where you want it to be located.  Your taskbar should move with your mouse.  To prevent this from happening again, right-click on the Task bar and select Lock the Taskbar.
