  1. If it is a .tsk file open file explorer or a similar pogram .

    Put it in the windows file on the phone.

    Then go to start/settings/personal/today and select it.

    If it is a .cab file put it on the phone and open it .

    You can also download a program called themegenCE and make your own on the computer to put on it.
