  1. you start kind of low and you come up like your waving hi click on this below it will show you ohttp://www.tennis.com/uploadedImages/You... your body

  2. just go to any place where they give tennis drills and every coach there should be able to tell you how to hit topspin on the ball

    how i hit topsin:

    1. bring racket back and down low low low

    2. pretend the ball was a globe and the tops and bottoms were the north and south pole

    3. brush "Africa" upwards towards the northpole

    4. bam u have topspin

Grip: Make a "V" and slide it to the right For a Forehand

Two of these same grips with a double handed backahand

I dont know how to grip one hander backhand sorry

  3. Using a low-to-high swing motion, you meet the ball with your racquet face semi-closed at impact, and brush up and over the ball, finishing your follow through up high  with your elbow around head level, in an almost windshield wiper-like motion.  Topspin is more easily achieved using a semi-Western grip on the forehand.

  4. Spin is very essential in a good stroke. To hit topspin forehand with pace and spin, semi western; and drive through the ball. for heavy topspin with not a lot of pace unless u accelerate the racquet; western, and hit from 6 o clock to 12 o clock. the only draw back if u do this type of topspin is it is very tough on ur shoulder, unles u dp weight lifting

  5. use the opposite stroke to if you were trying to put back spin on the ball. so instead of chopping down on the ball you have to try and hit over the ball. your arms should come across your body if you execute properly.

  6. Topspin is a favorite of tennis professionals, especially Andy Roddick. Topspin makes the ball look like it is going fly far long when it drops back in. Plus, it has a super high bounce that can drive your opponent behind the baseline. Topspin is considered a high percentage shot perfect for a rally.

You should use a grip that is between an Eastern and semi-Western grip. The main motion you do to create topspin is to brush up the back of the ball. Rotate your shoulders and begin with the racquet between shoulder and eye level. Loop the backswing around like you were looping over a large ball. Speed up your swing until you brush up the back of the ball. Pretend that the ball has a clock face on it. Brush the racquet upwards from 6 oclock to 12 oclock. Make sure to have a solid, smooth follow through. If you ease up on the ball, the topspin will cause the ball to fall short.
