  1. use one for OS and use one for storage.  If you already have HD just install and format.  It will just appear a a new drive.  same thing would happen if you used an external drive.  Good luck. This is really easy and you will be going in no time!

  2. That depends, are these laptops, or desktops?  Are they SATA or PATA hard drives?

  3. buy a ata cable if they are ata

  4. You can use both hard drives connect another hard drive to any data cable it act as secondary but u can't use os in both remember.

  5. you can just buy a external hard drive those can easily have 500 gigs if you want an internal one you have have to pop the side panel, get proper power cables and highway cables so thats a lot more work

  6. Buy a drive enclosure with a USB connection.

Plug extra hard drive in there, erase hard drive after taking what you want off of it and Viola ... external extra hard drive.

    Enclosures are REALLY cheap.

If it is a laptop drive you probably need a 2.5 enclosure.

If it is from a desktop you could use a 3.5 enclosure.

I could also tell you how to put it into your computer internally, but if you didn't already know how to do that I would say go for the enclosures.

  7. its simple

use the main drive as Primary and the other as secondary but for secondary u will need the jumper settings.

and change a little bit in BIOS settings.

if u need anyhelp try any one who knows hardware well.

    gudluk
