How do you put up a real picture of yourself?

i know how to upload one on to my 360 account but when i choose the option to use my real pic instead of my avatar it never works

you have to make sure that your 360 is activated, i went through the same thing

you need the camera then save the pic then u can change the gamerpic and the new pic should be at the bottom

click preview and submit when you are done
