Uh... have available storage space in the camcorder, have a charged battery or be connected to AC power, take off the lens cap and press record.

From the computer to the camcorder? MiniDV tape or Digital8 tape: DV port connected to firewire port on computer using firewire cable. Export DV/HDV.

The other storage types (hard drive, flash or DVD) do not allow export from computer to camcorder...

To put videos to your camcorder, you must first capture one...

-take out the lens cap

-power on, press record button!
