Question:

How do you put your self under a trance?

I'm serious. How would you do this?

Also, don't be all "it's the power of suggestion, not real"

or anything, I'm not asking if it's real or not, I'm asking how you

accomplish this.

  2. Sit in a very quiet room lit with some incense and candles. Don't lay down or else you might fall asleep on accident! Next, close your eyes and breathe in very slowly for 6 counts, hold for 6, then release for 6. You should do this until you are very relaxed and get a sort of numb feeling over your body.

    Then you should imagine yourself holding onto a ladder. Don't picture it, but feel as though you are on one. When you inhale, imagine holding onto it, when you exhale, climb down the ladder two steps. Do this until until you feel comfortable.

    Then, let go and fall backwards. If this makes your feel dizzy, focus your attention to the front part of your body. The more you fall, the deeper you will go into the trance.

    To take yourself out of the trance, simply wiggle your fingers, toes, and the rest of your body until you feel aware of your movement once again. It's important to note that sharp noises can cause pain and headaches, so can coming out of the trance suddenly. Make sure your will not get disturbed while you're doing this.
