how do you make your display picture flicker through different pictures on msn?

Unfortunately at the moment you can't, apart from manually changing it. however when MSN 9 is released  it will include the capability for using GIF's as display pictures. In case you are unsure, GIF's are pictures that move or change so you could put all the photos you want into one of them and use it.

Right now, it is impossible to do so. However, when version 9 comes out, you can use an animated GIF as your display picture. Animated GIFs, as their name suggests, can be animated, so you can flicker through different pictures.
